Refund & Return Policy – Overview

At Texas Vintage Trucks, we take pride in our vintage trucks, parts, and restored components. Due to the nature of vintage and used items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in the original condition
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to process a refund or replacement if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Economy: 3–7 business days
Priority: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to physical addresses only. P.O. boxes may not be supported depending on the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
